Hmmm felt quite ill actually not my active self...organising the childrens stuff ready to go back to school in a few days...my routine went out the window since the holidays started and now struggling to get back on track...
My new years resolution is to get fit and keep motivated...I've noticed myself slowly moving on to the chubby side and decided that its now or never...i mean once you hit your 30th everything slows down and body fat goes up...not a pretty site. If any of you out there have any helpful tips, I'll be glad to hear from you...
